  Squash soup

Squash soup

The menu is one is very easy to make and very tasty


Material:

    * 5 pieces of squash, peeled, cut into pieces
    * 10 pieces of meatballs bulb, cut into pieces

    * 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
    * 2 leeks, thinly sliced
    * Sugar to taste
    * Cooking oil to taste
    * Sufficient water
    * Fried onions to taste


Spices:

    * 5 cloves shallots
    * 3 cloves garlic
    * Pepper to taste
    * Salt to taste


Method:

    * Heat oil and stir fry until fragrant spices
    * Insert head meatballs, then add water, cook until the sauce simmering
    * Insert squash, corn and rice noodles a little sugar, and cook briefly

Method:

Material:

     * 1 red chili, seeded, thinly sliced

     * 2 cloves garlic
     * 3 red chilies, seeded
     * salt to taste


How to make;
