Arem-arem chicken
Material:
* 500 grams of rice, washed
* 1250 cc coconut milk
* 2 bay leaves
* 1 teaspoon salt

* 2 bay leaves
* 2 cm galangal, smashed
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 100 cc coconut milk
* 1 red chili, seeded, thinly sliced
spices
* 3 spring onions
* 2 cloves garlic
* 3 red chilies, seeded
* salt to taste
How to make;
* chili sauce fried chicken: Heat oil and fry ground spices and enter the bay leaf galangal, brown sugar, and chicken meat, add the coconut milk, stir well, cook until sauce shrink, enter the chili slices, remove, set aside
* boiled coconut milk, bay leaves and salt to a boil, put the rice, cook until the rice aron, lift

Excellent recipe. However, I won't use that chill portion because I don't eat so much spicy. Thanks blogger.
