Sometimes we need a dish that is easy processing, but does not disappoint on the tongue

You need to try this recipe for a simple processing


Material:

     * 2 eggplants, peeled and cut
     * 5 bean stalk, chopped
     * 100 grams of peeled shrimp
     * 6 spring onions, thinly sliced
     * 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
     * 2 pieces red pepper, thinly sliced
     * 5 pieces chili pepper, thinly sliced
     * 3 pieces of green peppers, thinly sliced
     * 1 vertebra galangal, smashed
     * 1 bay leaves
     * 1 cup coconut milk / coconut milk 1 packet of instant ready to buy
     * salt to taste
     * sugar to taste
     * sufficient water
     * cooking oil to taste


Method:

     * Heat the oil, put onion and garlic, saute until fragrant
     * insert the red chilli, chilli, green chilli, galangal and bay leaves, stir well
     * insert the peeled shrimp, saute briefly then add water
     * enter the coconut milk and beans, cook until boiling
     * Last enter the eggplant, salt and sugar to taste, cook briefly
     * lift and serve
