Material:
  • 200 grams potatoes, steamed, crushed
  • glutinous rice flour 50 grams
  • 100 grams of young coconut, grated
  • 50 grams of jackfruit / mature jackfruit
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • refined white sugar, for topping
  • enough oil

How to make:
  1. mix potatoes, rice flour, coconut, jackfruit and salt, knead until smooth
  2. rounded form of fried potatoes to dry spots
  3. lift and chill and then sprinkled with powdered sugar
  4. Serve
