meat cooked with Serundeng will last longer than usual

Material:
- 100 gr grated dried coconut, in scar
- 3 sheets of orange leaves, chopped
Subtle seasoning:
- 1-2 red chillies
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ebi, toasted
- Mix the dried coconut with herbs and lime leaves finely.
- Then roasted until cooked and quite dry.
- Sprinkle on top of rice.
