  Nasi Liwet

Liwet Rice

Materials :
  • 300 grams of rice, wash clean
  • 500 ml of water
  • 100 ml cooking oil
  • Teri 50 grams of rice, dry fried
  • 10 pieces green chili sauce
  • 4 pieces of red onion, roughly sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 teaspoons salt

How to make:

  1. Prepare the rice, pour into a pan liwet. Pour water, cooking oil, cayenne pepper, onion, bay leaves and salt. Mix well.
  2. Place pan on the fire liwet / stove, cook over low heat until the rice becomes mature.
  3. Sprinkle fish on rice. Warm the rice 5 minutes.
  4. Remove and serve warm.

serve with salted fish and shrimp chips
