fried corn
fried corn / dadar jagung
how to make :
- 6 pieces of corn, comb seeds, puree or canned corn can be used
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- ½ tsp pepper finely
- 2 btr pecan puree
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp celery, chopped
- cooking oil to taste
how to make :
- Mix all ingredients, give a little 50 cc water, mix well
- Heat the oil, a spoonful of fried corn dough by spoonful. Lift, drain
