fried corn / dadar jagung

  • fried corn6 pieces of corn, comb seeds, puree or canned corn can be used
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • ½ tsp pepper finely
  • 2 btr pecan puree
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp celery, chopped
  • cooking oil to taste

how to make :

  1. Mix all ingredients, give a little 50 cc water, mix well
  2. Heat the oil, a spoonful of fried corn dough by spoonful. Lift, drain
