Kabuli Rice
Material:

  • Rice 1 / 2 Kg
  • Mutton broth 500 cc
  • Dense Coconut milk 100 cc
  • 100 g margarine

Spices

  • Shallots 100 gr
  • Cinnamon 5 cm
  • Cardamom 3 eggs
  • Ginger 2nd segment
  • 5 cloves garlic

How to make:

1. Washed and steamed rice until half cooked, Onion peeled and finely chopped.
