Material :

* 500 gr flour
* 110 ml of cold water

* 10 gr instant yeast
* 100 gr sugar
* 60 g butter
* Salt 1 / 2 tsp

How to make

1. mix flour, milk powder, sugar, yeast, stirring until smooth and dull.
