Yellow fried rice
Material:
1. Cooked rice 300 gr.
2. Bean pods 25 gr.
3. 20 g cooked carrots, diced 1 cm.
4. Garlic chives leaves 2 stalks, cut into 2 cm.
5. Shrimp peeled 50 gr.
6. 1 tablespoon butter.
7. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
8. Salt 1 / 2 tsp.
9. Turmeric 1 / 4 inches, Grate fine.
10. Vermicelli 30 gr.
How to make:
1. Fried Vermicelli in hot oil until dry lot. then remove and drain.
2. Saute garlic and turmeric until fragrant, put shrimp stir until shrimp are cooked.
3. Add rice and leaves of chives, stir to mix all the ingredients and cooked and lift.
