Pineapple Crab
Material:

1. Crab 4 tails, cleaned and split 2
2. 1 fruit pineapple, peeled & diced 2 cm
3. Carambola fruit 4.
4. Water 500 ml

How to make:

- Blend the seasonings:

* 8 pieces red chillies, Discard seeds.
* 8 cloves Onion.
* 6 cloves garlic.
* 2 cm galangal.
* Terasi / dried shrimp 10 gr.
* Salt and pepper, to taste.

- How to cook:

1. Saute the blended ingredients until fragrant and then had tuangkn water.
2. Enter the crab, pineapple and starfruit wuluh, cook until done.
3. lift and serve immediately.
